SWANE CLOTHING is an online-based store in the Philippines.

- Be informed that all made to order items will be processed 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS upon payment.

- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- You may expect delays during HOLIDAYS and PEAK SEASON (ex. Christmas).

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail or a text message informing you of the tracking details.

- We use XEND, Fastrack or Grab Express for delivery.

   
RETURN POLICIES

- We currently do not offer a return policy for our clothing unless the items are damaged or lost during transit.  We stress that you carefully review the measurements of our clothing before placing an order.

- Again, for made to order items, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges unless the items are damaged or lost during transit.  If the item has sizing issues, we ca offer alteration with an additional fee.  Please take note that the consignee will be responsible for the shipping fees.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

- We offer same day delivery service as an option via Grab Express if we receive the payment before noon.  If you are interested in this option, please contact us at wearswane@gmail.com and we will refund the Xend shipping fee since you will be responsible for shouldering the Grab Express fee.

  
INVENTORY

- In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies can occur within the online store.
- In the case a sold out item is purchased, you will be notified via email as soon as the issue is brought to our attention and the order will be cancelled if payment hasn't been made, or a refund if payment has been made or an alternative resolution.
